McCandless Truck Center Receives Prestige Certification for 2022
McCandless Truck Center continues to move the customer experience needle forward by providing exceptional, effective, and efficient customer experiences. We are excited to announce that our Aurora, CO and Henderson, CO dealerships have received Prestige Certification for 2022.
The Prestige Standards Program is an International® Truck and IC Bus dealer certification program designed to elevate the customer experience. The certification process requires North American dealerships meet dozens of standards throughout several areas of the business, including facilities, sales, marketing, service, and parts. Certification is completed on an annual basis to ensure dealerships are continually working to improve customer service and satisfaction year over year. By meeting the list of demanding criteria in each standard, certified dealerships successfully demonstrate their dedication to implementing the industry’s best practices and ensuring they deliver an unsurpassed level of customer service.
