McCandless Idealease offers Safety and Compliance Seminar “Transcending Technology in Transportation Safety 2020” in Aurora, CO
McCandless Idealease is sponsoring a safety and compliance seminar, “Transcending Technology in Transportation Safety 2020” on May 7th, 2020 at 8:30 am at our McCandless Truck Center location at 16704 E 32nd Ave in Aurora, CO.
This one-day seminar will help private fleet owners and fleet managers manage fleet safety for all major areas scrutinized during state and federal compliance interventions and reviews. The seminar is presented by Idealease, Inc., North America’s premier full-service commercial truck leasing, rental and maintenance company, in partnership with the National Private Truck Council (NPTC).
Program attendees learn a step-by-step approach to simplify compliance with state and federal regulations including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and National Safety Code (Canada), and the FMCSA Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA) program. Almost all aspects of commercial truck operation are covered including: new and proposed motor carrier regulatory changes such as hours of service (drivers’ daily logs) and electronic on-board recorders, applicability of federal and state safety regulations, drug and alcohol testing rules, vehicle maintenance and inspection, accident recordkeeping, driver qualifications, and how to enhance a safety program beyond regulations.
We offer this seminar at no charge for novice and experienced private truck fleet professionals who are Idealease customers, potential customers, or NPTC members. In 2019, over 75 private truck fleet professionals attended our transportation safety seminar hosted by McCandless Idealease. We hope to have more customers and attendees take advantage of this unique opportunity this year.
In addition to the free educational opportunity, all seminar attendees receive the Idealease Guide to Transportation Safety and Compliance, a manual that assists fleet managers with safety and compliance documentation, the Idealease Pre- and Post-Trip Inspection DVD for driver education, and a subscription to the Idealease Safety Bulletin, a weekly safety and compliance e-mail publication.
