The BE Series features a rugged all-steel body like a full-size bus, thick 16-gauge side sheets and skirts, steel front and rear roof caps and multiplexed wiring system. Inside, it's every bit as tall and wide as a longer bus. With a full 78 in. roof height, 90 in. inside width and a flat floor for seating flexibility and capacity. The BE Series has full-size power, too. We've equipped it with a rugged and reliable MaxxForce® 7 diesel engine with MaxxForce Advanced EGR, the no-hassle way to deal with 2010 EPA emissions requirements. We've given the driver big-bus amenities – cruise control, a lighted steering-wheel-mounted entrance door control and eight-way light switches, visual and audible alarms for low fuel, oil, voltage, coolant and high temperature, and an electric entrance door.
